I wanted to personally thank Darla, Audie and John for their customer service, professionalism, timeliness and knowledge. My AC has been out since AUG 7th until yesterday when Going Green fixed it. I went through hell with other companies because they wanted me to pay for things I didn’t need so instead they lied to AHS but lucky this amazing company in Going Green found the problem and fixed it. Our HVAC had when down. It was 98 degrees in the house. We were miserable! The Technician John was very professional. He answered the many questions I had with no problem and found the problem in 10 minutes. The coils had a leak. He recharged the system adding superseal to help with the leaking. I would like to thank the “Going Green Team”, Audi, Darla, and especially John for there help in this matter!
